| Frequently Asked Questions |
| |
| 1. How much can they weigh? |
| Size and materials normally determine
the weight. Small projects may weigh only a couple of hundred pounds, while
larger items may tip the scales at a thousand pounds, or more. Weight will
always be within the safe limits of the particular outdoor location or
situation |
| |
| 2. What materials do you use? |
| The quantity of items ordered normally determines the materials used. One or two items will be constructed of foam, and remain foam with a strong protective covering.
Multiple items will start out with an originally-carved foam prototype that will then be used to make a fiberglass mold. Multiples will then be made from fiberglass. This process allows us to make rapid reproductions and /or meet tighter schedules.

| 3. How will they be mounted to the billboard? |
| Styrofoam projects will have a steel framework embedded with attachment points around the perimeter, along with lift attachment points. The sign company will lift the item into place and attach it with bolts to the board face.
Fiberglass projects will normally be attached to the board face by bolting through a lip of fiberglass around the perimeter of the item

| 4. How long does a project take? |
| The "stock" answer
is usually 4-6 weeks after receipt of the down
payment. However, each project is unique, and
the time may be altered by several factors...
customer deadlines, number of items, materials
required, etc. |
| |
| 5. How much do they cost? |
| Because each project is different and must be quoted accordingly, based on size, complexity, etc., prices can start at $3000.00 and run the gamut.
3-D boards are to catch attention... we try to catch the most for the least. Therefore, we always try to work with our clients to provide the most "3-D spectacular" within their budget.

| 6. How can I get a quote? |
| To determine a quote for a specific project, I normally ask for a sketch of the idea on a scaled board. I also need key information as to how many, how far it projects off the board, etc. We will try our best to get back to you the next day with a firm quote. |
